Broker Desk / Lenders & Your Pay

Who can I use? What will I earn?

Search lenders by route, check whether Club access is confirmed, then see the lender gross, your broker net and any Club share. We keep unconfirmed terms visibly separate from approved ones.

Club payment route status
Clear status, lender by lender.

No confirmed Club payment routes or lender-specific payout schedules are loaded in this design preview. The finder includes 11 lender product examples and Crystal's Kent Reliance relationship, whose Club access is being confirmed. A name becomes a Club panel entry only when that product's access and gross/net fee are agreed and checked.

Find a lender / See access & pay

Find a lender, faster.

Search by lender or route. Every card makes the Club access and broker-net status visible; we don't present a lender's public product as an approved Club payment route.
The Commission Amswer

What the lender pays. What you take home.

Examples show how a direct Club split could work. They are not the rates of any named lender or a fee offer to your firm.

How to use this: These figures show how a gross-to-net fee works, not what any lender listed here has agreed to pay. The BTL line reflects a comparable published market split. Your actual amount, any minimum/maximum, payment date and Founder eligibility depend on your signed product terms. A higher broker fee is not automatically a better customer outcome.
The £250,000 Bridge Example
Keep the split in plain sight.

On an illustrative direct bridge, 2.00% lender gross means £5,000. The broker's 1.75% means £4,375. The Club's share is £625. A qualifying founder gets another £31.25 in the following January—out of the Club share, not from broker net. After that rebate, the Club retains £593.75 before its own running costs.

Need an actual product's payout?

Until lender registrations and fee schedules are signed and published, Jane can confirm the lender-specific position directly. Don't rely on a route illustration as your contracted fee.
